Hello, my name is Schasta Antrim, and I am excited to be joining the team at Referral Patterns Massage and Wellness Center. I am a lifelong resident of La Porte, Indiana, where I graduated from high school in 2017 and currently reside with my five-year-old son.

My journey into massage therapy began at the Soma Institute of Massage Therapy in Chicago, where I completed six months of training before the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted in-person education nationwide. Determined to continue my professional path, I pursued hands-on apprenticeship training under Rebecca, followed by the completion of my formal education in 2022 at the Massage Academy in South Bend. Since becoming licensed as a Massage Therapist in the State of Indiana, I have continued to expand my knowledge by studying under several experienced massage therapists in the South Bend area, learning from their diverse techniques and real-world clinical experience.

I am trained in a wide range of massage modalities, allowing me to tailor each session to the individual needs of my clients. My areas of training include reflexology, prenatal massage, deep tissue, Swedish massage, Reiki, Thai massage, Lomi Lomi massage, craniosacral therapy, cupping, aromatherapy, acupressure, and trigger point therapy. I am passionate about ongoing education and strongly believe in the body’s innate ability to heal itself—sometimes it simply needs guidance and support to better understand what it is communicating.

In addition to my professional work, I am proud to serve as a volunteer 4-H leader in La Porte County. Supporting and mentoring youth is incredibly rewarding, and I find great fulfillment in watching children grow, learn, and achieve their goals.

I am honored to be joining Referral Patterns Massage and Wellness Center as a product of Rebecca’s expertise and training. I am thrilled to reunite with both Rebecca and Daisy and look forward to beginning this next chapter, serving clients and contributing to the continued success of the practice.
